Otto Graph

Biography

Otto Graph’s artistic life began when he was 10 years of age. With spray cans in hand, he ‘freshened up’ walls in Amstelveen, the village he grew up in. He later moved on to trains and undergrounds, becoming a big name in the region in the process. Graph also did a brief stint at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam. His first exhibition in the city in 1993 was a huge success; the innovative character of his work was striking and well respected. He invested in a computer and drawing program, with his very first commissions for advertising campaigns for some leading companies coming flooding in soon after. Graph has worked for major brands, including Ford, Mars, Mercedes, Nike, Playboy, Quote and Fanta.
